How is the price decided?+
By the design, its weight, the stone work and the finishing. Send a photo and we'll reply on WhatsApp within 24 hours. The quote is free.
Do I pay upfront?+
The quote is free. A 50% advance confirms your custom order.
Can I ask for changes?+
Yes. We send a photo of the prototype, and you can ask for the changes your piece needs before production begins.
How long does it take?+
Making time depends on the customisation. Once your piece is ready, delivery usually takes 5–7 days in South India and 7–14 days elsewhere in India. These are typical times, not a promise, so tell us your date when you enquire.
Is it solid gold?+
No. We make 24kt gold-layered jewellery, so pieces don't carry a hallmark.
Is a custom piece covered by warranty?+
Yes. Custom orders get one free service within 2 years (30 days' notice), 25% exchange value if the piece hasn't been serviced, and 10% cash back on buyback. Keep your invoice: it's needed for every warranty claim.
Do you ship outside India?+
Yes, to Malaysia, the UAE and the USA. Shipping is ₹3,500, free on orders of ₹50,000 or more, and takes about 7–15 working days. Import or customs duty is paid by the customer.
