Return and Refund Policy

  1. Returns Eligibility:

    • We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and purchase invoice or receipt.
  2. Return Process:

    • If you wish to return a product, please visit following the link
    • Provide the order number, your contact details, and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with shipping instructions.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the shipping cost for the return, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
  4. Inspection and Approval:

    • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund.
    • If the product meets our return policy criteria, we will approve the return and proceed with the refund process.
  5. Refund Process:

    • For payments made via credit/debit cards or digital wallets, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • If the payment was made through bank transfer, we will require your bank details to initiate the refund.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the approval of the return.
    • Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  6. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom-made jewelry may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
    • For hygiene reasons, earrings (including ear studs and ear cuffs) cannot be returned or refunded.
  7. Exchange Policy:

    • Get 50% (before the first year) 40% (after the first year and before the second year), and 30% (after the second year and before the third year) of the purchased amount as a discount while exchanging the ornaments if they were not undergoing any service, or get the ornaments free for the respective discount amount.


  1. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately.
    • We will arrange for the return and provide a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
