At Parakkat Jewels, you may request a return within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Submit your return request within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with the original packaging and tags.
Return Handling and Shipping
A return handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the total refund amount. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping. Please contact our support team for return instructions.

Refund Process
Our team will inspect the returned product to verify its condition and eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after successful pickup and verification.
Refunds will be issued to your bank. Please provide the bank details requested by our customer service team for processing the refund.
Return to Origin and Non-Delivery
Refunds will not be issued for orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package.
If you have not received your order after the date specified in tracking, please report non-delivery within 10 days of that date.
