  • Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a verified manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the defect.
  • Order Delays: If your order is significantly delay beyond the expected delivery time(more than 30 days), you may request a refund. We will assess the situation and determine eligibility.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations
  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not provide refunds for reasons other than those mentioned above.
  • RTO (Return to Origin): Refunds will not be issued for orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package.
